Start your summer off with skills to capture the welcomed sun-filled warmth and vibrant colors of summer sunsets! If you look close enough, the world all around us is filled with incredible beauty! In this class, learn the basics of watercolor techniques while increasing your awareness and observation skills as we discover and share the beauty of summer through art!
Materials needed: pad of watercolor paper (9x12 or 11x15), watercolor paint brushes, paper towels, large rinse water cup, watercolor paints (tube or pan), pencil, eraser, natural sponge or similar, and masking fluid.
Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email from Farmington Continuing Education containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.
New England Artist, ShawnaLee Waterbury-Kwashnak, has been drawing and painting her whole life. ShawnaLee specializes in pet and child portraiture and has been instructing art classes for more than 2 decades.
