Zumba® Gold Dance Fitness is for everyone who is looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity and impact. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Beginners welcome - no prior experience needed. Bring water, sweat towel and wear comfortable shoes.

Tanglewood - Boston Symphony Orchestra featuring Yo-Yo Ma
Travel to the beautiful grounds of TANGLEWOOD in Lenox, Massachusetts to enjoy reserved Shed Seats. We’re in for a delightful Sunday Matinee at Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Samy Rachid, conductor will present Saint Säens Cello Concerto No. 1 with Guest YoYo Ma, cello. Time prior to the performance to grab a bite to eat at one of the cafes on the Tanglewood campus and wander the beautiful grounds.

Intermediate Adult Tap
Music, Dance & Drama
For students who have already taken the Adult Tap For Beginners course or have previous tap dance experience. Adult Tap offers the opportunity to exercise in the unique and fun way. We will start with a gentle stretch and then work on a different tap combination each week. Any form of dance is healthy for the mind and body. It gets our bodies moving and boosts our brainpower. Participating in a dance class is also great for socialization. Wear comfortable clothing and do not forget your tap shoes! Don’t have tap shoes, but want to experience the course? We may have a gently use pair you can purchase.

Simple Stretches with Chair Exercises
Fitness
Experience a soft, simple stretch and workout for the mind and body. In this class we stretch from head to toe. Most of this course is done sitting in a chair. Thera Bands are used from time to time, and on occasion we stand holding onto a chair to aid in our ability to balance. This course is wonderful for those who are less mobile and not as flexible. Come exercise in a setting with support from other participants. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and socks (bare feet are fine as well).

Basic Ballet & Stretch
Fitness
Enjoy a gentle full-body stretch at the beginning of each class. Beginner ballet exercises will then be learned and reviewed. We will finish with gentle floor stretches, so please bring a yoga mat. This class is a no-pressure, non-traditional ballet class environment. Come in comfortable clothing. Ballet shoes are recommended, but socks are suitable.
