I, Neda Mostafavi, a dynamic health coach and nutritionist, began my journey in wellness after earning a degree in Nutrition and Dietetic in 2013 as my second degree in health sciences. Always have a passion for empowering individuals to lead healthier lives, I dived into the world of health coaching, after getting my post graduate certification of Health Coaching in 2018.
Driven by a belief in the transformative power of lifestyle choices, I established a private practice in 2018, specializing in personalized nutrition plans and behavior change strategies. Shortly after, I started my career in health insurance industry as a health coach and helped individuals in different health aspects, weight loss, sleep coaching, increasing physical activities, stress management, and many more.
