Grounded in ancient Chinese healing practices, this workshop offers gentle, restorative movement, breathwork, and meditation to ease common symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, fatigue, and emotional fluctuations. You’ll learn Qigong forms and self-massage techniques that focus on harmonizing hormonal shifts, cooling the body’s internal fire, supporting the liver and kidneys, and calming the nervous system. This is a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, honor your changing rhythms, and cultivate inner resilience and vitality. Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, this workshop invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and awaken your body’s natural healing wisdom. No experience necessary.
