Food Explorers: Spring Baking

Winter/Spring 2025
Join Food Explorers for a fun and flavorful baking class where you'll learn to create four delicious treats! Master the art of making Raspberry Vanilla Whoopie Pies, Chocolate Chip Cookie Pies, Blueberry Lemonade Donuts, and Mocha Cakes. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

The course fee includes the cost of ingredients and supplies.

Food Explorers - Katie Shepherd

Owner/Instructor

Katie Shepherd is a registered dietitian who created Food Explorers to inspire kids to explore new foods and flavors, teach them valuable cooking skills, and create a safe space for children to have a positive experience with food. Food Explorers empowers young chefs through cooking classes featuring uniquely designed recipes with a food neutral approach. Nurturing children's confidence in their kitchen skills while promoting a positive relationship with food. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian! Students will leave each class with new recipes, skills, and knowledge about the food they create.
