Learn to stack, ice, and decorate a 3-tier cake in this two-hour class, taught by the owner of the Great British Cupcake. In this adult cake class, create a 3-layer cake and learn about the usage of fondant, chocolate and other decorating mediums. Students learn all the professional tips and tricks so they never need buy a store-bought cake again. Disposable apron, cake box and all class supplies included. Participants leave with a fully decorated cake in a cake box. Cakes can be frozen for up to 30 days.
Alison teaches cake and cupcake decorating through Parks & Rec departments. She has been on NBC Connecticut 'The Kids Connection,' and has won numerous cake decorating competitions in the UK as well as the Durham Fair cupcake competition.
