Learn the profound Chinese language and culture. Through various activities like mock tea parties and listening to authentic music, learn basic pronunciation and vocabulary relevant to daily life, such as greetings, food, clothing, holidays, numbers, time, and family members. Have fun while learning an exotic, but intriguing, language and culture!
Instructional materials will be provided by the instructor.
Since 2022, Fannie has been teaching Chinese at the Connecticut Chinese Language Academy. She has experience teaching grades 4, 5 and Pre-K students. With experience teaching both young children and older elementary learners, she brings patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students build a strong foundation in the Chinese language and culture.
