Want a deep, comfortable squat and a confident push-up? This bite-sized lunchtime series focuses on skill-

building — not speed or sweat. Over five weeks, we will break down mobility, strength, and form so you can work
on mastering two of the most fundamental movements in the body. Think of this as workshopping two moves we want to improve. A code will be provided for participants to re-watch sessions from this class for January & February 2026.
