Learn the art of embroidery with personalized instruction from Dawn, The Stitching Coach. Whether you call it needlepoint, cross stitch, or embroidery, you’ll explore a range of decorative stitches and how to use them in your own projects. In this introductory class, you’ll create a custom needlecase while practicing fun and functional stitches, assembling a small project, and applying your new skills to future creations. Kits are provided—just bring basic sewing supplies such as small embroidery scissors, a needle threader, embroidery needles, and a magnifier.
Embroidered Mushroom Pouch- Take your embroidery skills to the next level with a fun, hands-on project. In this 2-hour in-person class, you’ll learn four different stitches while creating a charming pouch to carry small items.
Mini Hoop Embroidery- Enjoy a creative 2-hour session as you learn three basic embroidery stitches: satin, lazy daisy, and French knot. Complete a lasting bloom design to display or gift. Project based on “Doodle Stitching” by Aimee Ray.
