Enrichment courses offered for Farmington Public School employees ONLY!
Get stronger, feel energized, and take charge of your fitness. In this class, you’ll start with a short warm-up and stretch, followed by a full-body weight-training routine designed to tone major muscle groups and support bone density. You’ll build balance, strengthen your back, and target your glutes and core for improved stability. Flexibility work, breathing exercises, and relaxation complete this dynamic workout.
Bring mat and weights to class. Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email from the instructor or Farmington Continuing Education containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.
