Build confidence in bread baking with this hands-on Chef-led Master Class! Learn to make artisan crusty bread, soft dinner rolls, and classic sandwich bread from scratch, plus enjoy a demonstration of a beautiful filled and rolled Pane Bianco. Along the way, explore flours, hydration, yeast, and the science behind great bread. Perfect for beginners and those ready to explore more.
Equipment Needs: Stand mixer with dough hook attachment. Additional information will be included in the ingredient list / prep packet.
Cooking along is fun and optional. Classes take place on Zoom, with access instructions and a shopping list sent in advance. After class, you'll receive a PDF packet of the instructor's copyrighted recipes, shared exclusively with registered participants, plus an optional invite to her private and public Facebook groups.
Note: One registration covers immediate family living in the same household only; children must have adult supervision. Friends, extended family, or other households gathering together must each register separately, even if participating in the same session.
