Chair Yoga with Chris BaileyFitnessUsing a chair as a prop, we will explore fun yoga poses, including Seated Sun Salutations, Seated Warrior I, and many more in this ONLINE course. Being seated and supported in our practice allows us to explore poses more deeply. Practicing together, though not in the same room, will bring you connection, movement, breath, and a welcome break from your daily routine. Wear comfortable clothing, have a chair available, and optional supports. Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email from Farmington Continuing Education (ferraria@fpsct.org) containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.Winter/Spring 2021
