Financial Literacy - FOR CREDIT (Gr. 9-10)

Summer 2024 (YOUTH Only)

The purpose of this course is to provide a space for students to work through the Next Generation Personal Finance standards which include banking, credit, budgeting, investment, taxes and consumer skills. Successful completion fulfills the CT graduation requirement for a 0.5 credit in Financial Literacy. Enrollment is on a space-available basis.The class will be taught remotely. Login instructions will be emailed to registrants before the start of class. This course is open to FARMINGTON High School students entering grades 9 or 10 ONLY.

Dates: June 25 - July 19 (no class on July 4 or 5), 8:30 AM to 12 Noon, 17 sessions.
