Farmington Continuing Education

Gentle Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body, functional fitness class designed to build flexibility and strength; promote healing, pain and stress relief all while being respectful of your body’s natural limitations. Our music-filled 45-minute classes leave you feeling released and relaxed.

**Classes that take place at the Farmington First Church of Christ location are held in the lower level of the Porter Memorial Building next to the church.  The door is accessible from both Church Street and School Street.**
