Internet Safety and Security


Adult Enrichment / Personal Enrichment -
Fall 2024

Designed by the Center for Cyber Security, this course will provide practical advice for keeping people safe online through a variety of topics and scenarios. With the increased use of the internet for work, school, and shopping needs, this important course is not one to miss!

Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email from Farmington Continuing Education containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.

Mark Zammett

Instructor

Mark has worked in Cigna's Information Protection organization since June of 2000. In his current role, he leads the Global Security Assessment team and is responsible for providing direction to resources in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, North America, and U.S domestic markets.

Mark's team is responsible for maintaining an information protection community across counties and business units to share and discuss best practices, trends with direct partnerships with International Privacy, regional IT, Legal, and Audit for the regions.

Mark has more than 40 years of extensive experience in Information Systems, working with Systems Management Disciplines, Cyber Security, Distributed Network Systems, Project Management, and all phases of Data Center and Network Operations. He currently holds CISM, CISA, COP certifications and is a member of ISACA and IAOP(International Association of Outsourcing Professionals) security organizations.
