Michelle will bring all the necessary tools, and ingredients for you to create, in Session A, a brunch board, and in session B, a holiday wreath. Cheeses, meats, fruits and all accompaniments will be available to teach you how to style your own beautiful charcuterie boards.

Learn how to design and style your own, mini holiday wreath charcuterie board with a hands-on lesson from Chell's Charcuterie. Michelle will bring all the necessary tools, and ingredients to create your own charcuterie board. Includes 10" bamboo charcuterie board, 4 cheeses, 2 meats, sugar cranberries, fresh rosemary, pretzel stars, and fresh fruit. All necessary tools provided.

I have been creating charcuterie boards for years. Food, and styling food is my passion. I have been teaching people how to design and arrange charcuterie boards for the last year and a half. It is so rewarding to see people excited about the very thing I love to do. We create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more! Each person goes home with a full board they created themselves.
