Pilates


Adult Enrichment / Fitness -
Winter/Spring 2026

Exercises focus on the core muscles which include the abs, back, glutes and shoulders. We work to create balance and strength in your trunk and loose, limber limbs. Pilates strives to makes you strong and long while improving balance, coordination and posture. Every part of the body gets worked and you’ll discover muscles you never knew you had. Please bring a mat, a water, a green (or medium weight) flex band, and a 7.5-9 inch stability ball.

Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email from Farmington Continuing Education containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.

All participants will need to fill out a new waiver annually.

Lynn Capsalors: Lynn’s been in group fitness for 15+ years. She enjoys teaching strength, Pilates, and gentle yoga. She often blends gentle yoga with Pilates, which provides a powerful combination of strength and stretching. Her other passion is helping people stop struggling with uncomfortable feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression that cause them to binge, crave, and overeat.
