Transform your smartphone photos in this hands-on class using Snapseed, a free photo editing app. Learn to adjust lighting, remove unwanted objects, refine color and saturation, and apply creative filters for a polished, artistic look. During class, you'll practice editing your own photos with step-by-step guidance, plus get tips for thoughtful edits that avoid overdoing it. You will have the opportunity to experiment with the various Snapseed tools and discover how editing can bring out details, mood, and visual impact in your photographs.No prior experience needed—just bring a charged smartphone and a few photos you'd like to improve. A detailed handout will be provided for reference and to enhance student understanding.
