Have you always wanted to try partner dancing like on Dancing with the Stars, or maybe you’re attending a wedding and want to learn a few steps? Well, now’s your chance!! Come learn the foundation steps in Waltz, Rumba and Country 2-Step with other new dancers in a class that’s fun, encouraging and gets you moving! Research has shown that ballroom dancing is one of the best activities for brain health. Our class happens over 6 Monday nights for 2 hours each night covering the above dances. No partner needed; just wear comfortable clothing and footwear. We look forward to meeting you! ????
Nicole and Joe have a combined 20+ years of ballroom dance teaching experience and trainings and have been instructed by some of the very best competitive dancers and coaches in the Northeast and Canada. Nicole Lampros is the founder and owner of Van Dance CT, based in New Britain, CT at The Garage Dance Studio. They teach all American Smooth and Rhythm ballroom dances, as well as Salsa, Quickstep, Country 2-Step and more. Nicole has a special love for authentic Bachata, and Joe never misses a chance to do Night Club 2-Step!
