Enjoy a gentle full-body stretch at the beginning and end of each class. Beginner ballet exercises will be learned and reviewed during this class in a no-pressure environment.
Come in comfortable clothing. Ballet shoes are recommended, but socks are suitable!
Amy has been dancing her whole life. She began her teaching career at Von Tobel School, Becker Community School, and Merluzzi’s School of Dance, both in Las Vegas, Nevada. She later returned home to Connecticut to open Spotlight Dance Center which has now expanded into Spotlight Art Dance & Wellness.
