Introduction to Jazz Dance

Adult Enrichment / Music, Dance & Drama -
Winter / Spring 2024

Learn the basics of Jazz dance with Amy Perales, an FCE veteran dance and wellness instructor.

You will learn basic Jazz dance terminology and steps to music while getting your heart rate up.

Attend with clothes you can move comfortably in. Jazz dance shoes are not necessary but are recommended for a more authentic experience.

Spotlight Art, Dance & Wellness - Amy Perales

Instructor

Amy has been dancing her whole life. She began her teaching career at Von Tobel School, Becker Community School, and Merluzzi’s School of Dance, both in Las Vegas, Nevada. She later returned home to Connecticut to open Spotlight Dance Center which has now expanded into Spotlight Art Dance & Wellness.
