Enrichment courses offered for Farmington Public School employees ONLY!
The purpose of the Transition for Success course is to assist students entering 9th grade in developing the tools necessary for positive academic, behavioral, and social/emotional success at Farmington High School. Students will engage in activities to jump-start their freshman year. They will learn about motivation and growth mindset, and they will set goals and organize themselves for a successful launch into 9th grade. Students will receive personalized instruction on the support available to them as students at FHS, including training on using the technologies utilized by FHS faculty and staff as tools for learning.
Enrollment is on a space-available basis and open to any incoming FARMINGTON High School students entering grade 9 ONLY and will meet in-person at FHS.
