Better than Bakery: Cinnamon Crunch Bagels & Pumpkin-Spice Cinnamon Rolls
Cooking
Embrace the cozy flavors of fall with Chef Tess in these brand-new cook-along classes! Creator of "Dish It Up Good," Tess brings over four decades of experience as a culinary educator. Raised in a Greek family where food meant love and connection, she learned to cook alongside her chef father, an influence still evident in recipes today. Having taught over 5,000 participants, her philosophy is simple: make cooking approachable and rewarding. You'll learn to make two seasonal favorites from scratch: soft, gooey Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls, made with real pumpkin puree and warm spice in both the dough and filling, baked golden and topped with pumpkin spice cream cheese frosting. Then, master bakery-style Cinnamon Crunch Bagels, with a tender, chewy interior studded with cinnamon chips and a crackly-sweet topping. Perfect for cozy mornings or festive gatherings, this fun yet refined class is ideal for bakers of all levels craving warmth, spice, and a little kitchen magic. Cooking along is fun and optional. Classes take place on Zoom, with access instructions and a shopping list sent in advance. After class, you'll receive a PDF packet of the instructor's copyrighted recipes, shared exclusively with registered participants, plus an optional invite to her private and public Facebook groups. Note: One registration covers immediate family living in the same household only; children must have adult supervision. Friends, extended family, or other households gathering together must each register separately, even if participating in the same session.
