BollyX: Dance Fitness
BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 45 minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. BollyX embodies the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide. The fitness curriculum has been created by world-class choreographers and certified fitness professionals to ensure a safe and effective total body dance workout for all. No prior dance experience is needed. All you need to bring is water and your biggest smile. You’re in for a sweaty treat.

Food Explorers: Chocolate and Spring Baking

Join Food Explorers for delicious treats in our ever popular seasonal baking series. Session A: Chocolate Baking (4 weeks): Calling all young chocolate lovers! In this sweet and hands-on After-School Baking Class, kids will dive into the delicious world of chocolate—learning how to bake their own chocolatey treats from scratch! You’ll be making: Chocolate Banana Cakes, Oreo Whoopie Pies, Chocolate Chip Cookie Pies, and Mocha Cakes. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Session B: Spring Baking (4 weeks): Get ready to whisk into spring with Food Explorers! In this fun, hands-on class, young bakers will make cheerful, seasonal treats that celebrate the flavors of spring. You’ll be making: Raspberry Vanilla Whoopie Pies, Lemon Blueberry Cookies, Carrot Cake Mini Donuts, and Honey Cakes. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. The course fee includes the cost of ingredients and supplies.

Food Explorers Summer Program (Gr. 2-6)
Youth Enrichment
Join Food Explorers for a week of fun with food! A) Explorers Summer Baking 9 AM - 12 PM For students entering grades 2-6 Step into the world of butter, flour, and deliciousness! This fun-filled camp features seasonal favorites like Strawberries and Cream Rolls, Peach Brioche Buns, Lemon Blueberry Blondies, and Mini Chocolate Cakes. Campers will learn essential baking techniques while creating fresh, summery treats to enjoy! All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Students should bring a water bottle B) Explorers From Scratch 1 PM - 4 PM For students entering grades 2-6 A hands-on camp where young chefs create delicious, made-from-scratch dishes! Campers will mix, roll, and shape their way through savory favorites like Mozzarella Breadsticks, Wonton Cups, Fresh Pasta, and Stuffed Flatbreads, all while learning essential kitchen techniques. It’s all about fresh ingredients, creative cooking, and the joy of making it all by hand. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Students should bring a water bottle C) Full-Day Option 9 AM - 4 PM Students in grades 2-5 This option is a combination of both the AM and PM options listed above Be sure to have your child bring a water-bottle. A lunch is not necessary as students will be eating what they make. If you would like to supplement the food provided, please have your child bring lunch. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations with a refund will be allowed up to June 15th less a $35 fee. There are NO cancellations/refunds after June 15! All recipes are nut-free, and each student will make their own portion. All food and supplies are included.

Campers will explore bold flavors and new techniques as they make Egg Rolls, Personal Calzones, Curry Bowls with Naan, and Rice Paper Dumplings. It’s a delicious journey through global kitchens—no passport required! All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Students should bring a water bottle B) Chocolate Week 1 PM - 4 PM For students entering grades 3-6 A dream come true for young chocolate lovers ready to whisk, bake, and drizzle their way through a week of rich, chocolatey creations. Campers will make delicious treats like Chocolate Monkey Bread, Chocolate Cannoli Twists, Raspberry Tiramisu Brownies, and Triple-Decker Cookies—each one more indulgent than the last. Along the way, they’ll learn essential baking skills in a fun, hands-on kitchen adventure. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) has world-class culinary training since 1946. Located in St Andrew-on-Hudson in Hyde Park, NY, the CIA enrolls over 1,900 students from all states and many foreign countries. A world of diverse cuisines and enticing flavors awaits you at one of their award-winning, student-staffed restaurants. Full course lunch in a student-run restaurant: Bocuse, Caterina de Medici Restaurant, or American Bounty. Following lunch, enjoy an interactive CIA Experience and get an inside look into the world of food education. Participate in an interactive demonstration where you’ll explore the science of taste. Time to explore their abundant gift shop and bakery. Trip includes motor coach, CIA, lunch, tour director and gratuities. Lunch at Caterina de Medici restaurant at Culinary Institute.
