Learn essential skills to handle medical emergencies with confidence. Topics include infant and child CPR, basic first aid, and assessing situations before calling 911. This course prepares youth to respond quickly and safely in critical moments. Prerequisite: Students should either be certified babysitters or have taken the Babysitting Basics course. The course fee includes an American Red Cross babysitter training book and a certificate that is mailed out within a month of successful completion of the course (student attendance is mandatory to receive a certificate). No snacks or food is to be brought to the class.

Whimsical Felted Mushroom Cottage: Create an enchanting wool mushroom inspired by woodland fairy tales. In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn the basics of needle felting while crafting a charming autumn decoration to display throughout the season. Harvest Pumpkin in Wool: Celebrate the beauty of fall by creating a handcrafted felted pumpkin. Learn shaping, layering, and finishing techniques as you transform colorful wool into a festive autumn keepsake perfect for home décor or gifting. Winter Gnome Workshop: Create a cozy felted gnome ready for the holiday season. Learn techniques for shaping, assembling, and adding character as you make a festive winter decoration that will bring warmth and whimsy to your home. Course fee includes cost of supplies (needles, felting pads, and safety finger guards). Students bringing their own supplies pay a reduced rate.

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. 45-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences will get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. BollyX embodies the infectious energy, expression, and movement of Bollywood and aims to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide. No prior dance experience is needed. A friendly exercise program that combines low-impact aerobics with stretching, strength training, and routines to improve flexibility, muscular strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Previous punch cards purchased can be used. Three Options for Purchase... Course Fee - Select this if you want access to all the dates for this given season, no punch card needed. Senior Fee - Reduced rate for seniors who would like access to all the dates for this season, no punch card needed. Celebrate someone you love by sending cheerful cards to them for the holidays. You are invited to spend 90 minutes together creating cards from exclusive Creative Memories and Scrap Simply Card kits. At this class, participants will each create 4 holiday cards using a repositioning tape runner and foam adhesives. (Thanksgiving, Holiday Season)

The Creative Kids Art Club gives elementary students extra dedicated time after school to explore their artistic side, experiment with new techniques, and express themselves through art. In a fun, relaxed environment, young artists will get to dive deeper into creative projects—typically completing 1–2 awesome, hands-on masterpieces to take home. Watch the colors blend and shimmer as you turn simple materials into a one-of-a-kind piece of art! Choose Your Design! Join Food Explorers for a fall baking series! Each week you’ll be making a warm and cosy dessert: Maple Butter Blondie Bites, Churro Mini Donuts, Apple Cider Cakes and Pumpkin Cakes w/ Cream Cheese Frosting. Recipes are nut free but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten. The course fee includes the cost of ingredients and supplies.

Gather & Bloom: Thanksgiving Centerpieces Get creative and bring a little fall beauty to your Thanksgiving table! Students will explore the basics of floral design, including flower placement, color coordination, balance, and arrangement techniques, as they design their own festive Thanksgiving centerpiece. Using beautiful artificial flowers and seasonal accents, each student will create a unique arrangement to take home and display during the holiday season. In just a few hours you can learn enough about playing the guitar to give you years of musical enjoyment, and you won’t have to take private lessons to do it. This crash course will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favorite songs right away. Fee includes the online book, online follow up lessons, a recording of the class and also an optional periodic question and answer session. Class is held online using zoom and is partly hands on instruction and partly lecture/demonstration. For ages 13+. Students will need to have their acoustic guitar on hand. Course fee includes Chords are Key for Guitar book and videos (electronic copy). Instruction will take place through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email containing a link and instructor information before the start of the course.
